1. How do I check the status of my order?
   You can click on the link "Order Status", login to see your order status. You can also email us at sales@paylessbeauty.com to request order status. Please include order number and name on the order.
2. How do I know when my order has shipped?
   You'll receive an email with shipping status and tracking information.
3. How do I cancel my order?
   Please email us at sales@paylessbeauty.com an request cancellation of your order. Please include name on the order and order number.
4. Do you shipped international?
   Curently we only shipped within the United States.
5. Are you the same payless beauty at amazon.com?
   No we are not, we are not affiliated with any amazon, ebay or yahoo stores. We are a different company.
